Oh gawd. I signed up for photography without running numerous test rolls on dad's old camera and it leaked like no tomorrow. We sent it off to the shop, and I got a loaner from dad's friend Bill. Same make, same model, same age.

Same problem.

I anticipated this by taping up the box with electrical tape, but somehow light still got in. Also, something was wrong with the advance mechanism.

I took 72 pictures in three weeks, and less than 30 came out at all. Among those 20-something, only like 12 were anything decent. Half of those are being considered for the five I need to turn in Monday - I scanned them last night (or rather, very early this morning) and spent the night trying to make them not crooked. Sometimes I envy Brad and his digital "I know kinda what it looks like before it's printed out" camera, but despite the crappy output this last month, I still like it old-school.

I put them up here just now. Um... I don't know why the preview isn't working, just hit full view and it's fine.
